(This paragraph got nothing to do with the post above. Last time i cried, someone was asking me about GoDaddy hosting renewal payment. People fake a lot of shit. Now the good part, my bestie DEMI took me on a drive that night 2AM. I barely trust her driving, but pushing a brand new Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio to it’s top speed limit was also important till we crossed our country border.)
I think there is truth to this – the hardships of life can mature us, depending on how we choose to respond. In Christian-ese we would call these refining trials.
Yet I think maturing is a choice – some people work through it, and others do not. The pain of life stretches and grows one character, or warps one.
