Please stop overthinking life like you have to have an answer to every feeling or situation.
That’s not how life works.
We figure it all out by just living.
By messing up,
by missing an opportunity,
by seeking advice and not taking it.
We learn what’s important and what isn’t.

Sometimes we have no damn clue what to do, and that’s okay.
Always trust your gut and know that everything works out the way it’s meant to.
It always does.
Relax; we were never in control anyway.

The WORLD is increasingly designed to depress us.
Happiness isn’t very good for the economy.
If we were happy with what we had, why would we need more?

• How do you sell an anti-ageing moisturiser?
You make someone worry about ageing.
• How do you get people to vote for a political party?
You make them worry about tax & immigration.
• How do you get them to buy insurance?
By making them worry about everything.
• How do you get them to have plastic surgery?
By highlighting their physical flaws.
• How do you get them to watch a TV show?
By making them worry about missing out.
• How do you get them to buy a new smartphone?
By making them feel like they are being left behind.

To be calm becomes a kind of revolutionary act.
To be happy with your own non-upgraded existence.
To be comfortable with our messy, human selves, would not be good for business.

You still have so much time to fail.
You have time to fail at love.
At your career.
At your creative aspirations.
At your personal goals.

You are still young enough to fall and pick yourself back up, so many more times.
So don’t be afraid to take those big scary risks now, while you still have the time and the strength and the determination to start over.

In the end, only three things matter:
how much you loved,
how gently you lived,
and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.

True me.. Tap-1301..

I think sometimes people believe that worrying has some kind of productive purpose.
Worry sucks all of your energy and joy out of whatever it is you’re doing.
It’s human nature to worry, but when we do it constantly, we run into more problems.
It may give you something to do, but you don’t get anywhere.

The next time you are worrying about something, try to remember that you aren’t always in control.
Instead, do practical things like make a budget or create a schedule.
Be proactive and let go of the stress.
After all, it won’t change a thing.
Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow; it empties today of its strength.

Trust me, nobody is as successful as social media makes them look and nobody is as pretty as filters make them seem.

The only healthy and worthwhile comparison is you yesterday vs you today.
Focus on that.

True me.. Tap-1300..

Our minds are quick to move from one thing to another.
All throughout the day, we float between our fears of the future and our disappointments of the past, all while we’re stuck in the middle, trying to make sense of it all.
Let stillness remind you that in this present moment, you don’t have to make sense of it all.

You don’t have to figure it all out right here, right now.
Yes, there are things that need to be sorted through, but this moment is also calling you: to breathe deep and realize in this very moment you are gathering the strength you need that will prepare you for what’s to come.

Take chances, take a lot of them.
Because honestly, no matter where you end up and with whom it always end up the way it should be.

Your mistakes make you who you are.
You learn and grow with each choice you make.
Everything is worth it.
Say how you feel, always.
Be you, and be okay with it.
Be a shameless authentic version of yourself.
