Eat chocolate when your heart wants it and kale salad when your body needs it.
Live high and low.
Move and stay still.

Be brave, bold, spontaneous and loud and let that complement your abilities to find silence, patience, modesty and peace.
Aim for balance.
Make your own rules and follow your own path and don’t let anybody tell you how to live according to theirs.

– Play music while you cook/clean.

3: Exercise often.

This is a no-brainer (lop, by now we all know that exercise is great for our brains.

Meditation(Yoga): my last life goal..

Trust me. Completely irrelevant post. What i want to say is; once i buy one such bird before i turn 40, i will fly to Himalayas every weekend for yoga with my girl & a pack of rubber.
