Good health is something all the riches in the world can’t buy. Take good care of yourself and count your blessings. Be thankful you woke up today because not every day is guaranteed. I spent so long taking my god-given health for granted that I forgot how blessed I am to be alive today. Our body is our temple. Treat it like your sanctuary.
Do something good for your body today. Go for a run or a hike or a gym or take a yoga class. But most importantly, be grateful for the life you’re living today. The greatest wealth is health.
Tired? – Sleep earlier. Out of shape? – Exercise/workout. Low energy? – Eat healthier food. No time? – Stop watching TV. No money? – Get a second job/save/side hustle. Too complicated? – Start small and try first. No knowledge? – Grab a fucking book.
You’re not ugly. Your habits are just shit. Let me Explain.
– Let’s say you’re a 3/10. – Start working out & build a better body. Now you’re a 5/10. – Start a skincare routine & drink more water everyday. Now you’re a 6/10. – Get enough sleep & get outside more. Now you’re a 7/10. – Up your confidence & get ambitious. Now you’re a 9/10. – Act on the ambition and get rich asf. Now you’re a 10/10.
If you want a nice body, workout. If you want to become an engineer or doctor, study your ass off. If you want nice hair, pick a style and get it done. Stop being afraid and motivate yourself. Find yourself. Find your happiness, because it’s out there waiting for you.

Half of 2022 is almost over. Let me suggest a happy beginning towards a better tomorrow to everyone who’s young or eager to grow. Remain consistent & create some healthy habits;
1. Always learn new skills. Learning is the only thing that keeps brain active & body young.
2. Create multiple income sources with your new skill-sets.
3. Says no to materialism. Stay away from fast fashion & other such stupid trends associated to it.
4. Learn to save 30% of your income. With time make it above 50%.
5. Learn how MONEY & Investment works. Invest part of the saved money
6. Workout 5 times per week.
7. Read something everyday & learn to dive into new experiences.
8. Value sleep, diet & good health.
(This video got something to do with the post above in the current world of tiktik tits & weak men, barely few understand WHAT’S MONEY!! In fact, it’s not just money. It’s a morally flawed world. The best line Charlie Munger said was: These people need to stay dumb like this, that’s how we get rich. Bitcoin is stupid, because it’s very likely to go to zero. I know people who literally follow crypto & NFT pages in Instagram as if it’s American treasury’s updates they are subscribing. And trust me there’s no scarcity of such dumbfucks.)
12 Habits you don’t realize are killing you slowly:
1. You skip breakfast/meals all the time. 2. You spend money you don’t have. 3. You are entertaining an unhappy relationship/friendship/marriage. 4. You text while you walk. 5. You skip your exercise/workout routine. 6. You snack when you’re not hungry. 7. You overwork yourself. 8. You bite your nails. 9. Your posture goes unchecked. 10. You have a severe lack of sleep. 11. You skip out on the vitamin D. 12. You load up on the caffeine.
1. Setting short term & long term goals. 2. Daily walks/going outside everyday. 3. Scheduling your days. 4. Meditating everyday. 5. Using cold water for 1 min at the end of each shower. 6. Working out/ exercising.
BALANCE is the key in everything you do. Dance all night long and workout next day. Or practice yoga the next day. Drink wine but don’t forget your green juice. Eat chocolate when your heart wants it and kale salad when your body needs it. Wear new kicks on saturday and walk barefoot on sunday. Live high and low. Move and stay still. Embrace all sides of who you are. Be brave, bold, spontaneous and loud and let that complement your abilities to find silence, patience, modesty and peace.
Aim for BALANCE. Remain consistent in your walk of life. Make your own rules, follow your own path and don’t let anybody tell you or influence you how to live according to theirs. (Not my words).
Healthy doesn’t mean a salad. Healthy isn’t a measure of weight. Being healthy involves your mind, spirit and heart just as much as it involves your body. Each person’s version of healthy is different. Sweets don’t make you unhealthy but sadness will.
Stop discounting your successes. Start affirming them instead. Don’t say “Oh, it’s nothing” or “Everyone could do that”. Treat and talk to yourself as you would to a good friend.
Develop a positive attitude and choose to get your mind off the negatives. For example, write down three things that went well each day, and three separate things that you are thankful for.
Work on your appearance. Make an effort to look good, that doesn’t always have to cost the earth. Wear bold colour bottom & light colour t-shirt/shirt/top. Invest your little time in personal hygiene & skincare. Understand the importance of a nice perfume. Eat clean & workout frequently. You know the drill. That’s gonna make you feel much more happier and confident.
Don’t be a doormat or just follow the crowd. Think about your needs and what you want from life.
Be willing to take risks or calculated risks for god’s sake. If you don’t take a risk, then nothing’s going to change. And you’ll be stuck in a rut going nowhere in life.
The secret to self-confidence isn’t to stop caring what people think, it’s to start caring about what you think. It’s to make your opinion of you more important than anyone else’s. Confidence makes us beautiful and it comes from accepting yourself. The moment you accept yourself, it makes everything better.
Once in a while one friend or another asks me this question: “Tap, what you do when you are stressed!!?”.
OK. This one has two solutions for me; 1. Figure out who/what caused stress & kill that reason behind it silently. 2. Lift weights, do some 200 push-ups, look at my imperfect 5-pack abs in mirror, talk to my PhD research associates to figure out who is running ahead of me, login to my amazon seller portal to see how many boxes of whey protein we sold today, then have a pint of my favourite low calorie sugarfree ice cream in sea salt caramel flavour while watching Tom and Jerry.
Two easy ways actually. Most of the time i prefer the 2nd one because murder is still illegal. In case i get the opportunity to kill someone without getting punished, i would love to kill my bestie bitch by leaving her inside a huge bucket in any snowy swedish village during 2070 winter. If you are one of my close friends, you already know i am a simple stupid sober sassy person who is unaware of all emotional melodramas. Nobody is big enough to hurt me or give me stress. The worst things a human can do is; LIE. Every liar falls in line with every negative prediction. And i bet, after a while they seem fun & funny because of their repetitive pattern of lying. Fuck fake goodness. Tappie loves real people with clean intentions & bad will always work if it’s real.
Sometimes my friends ask “How/why am i good for my business?” Answer: Not because i am super motivated or fully dedicated, but because i am excited, self aware, funny, i always keep on reminding myself that my desires are my purpose, which makes the business look good & grow, employees/workers work with a delightful smile. Reason behind all is my believe in material growth.
One thing you can never point out in me is “MY CONSISTENCY”. Let me answer “the HOW”. I learnt it from my WORKOUT. Following fitness as a lifestyle choice is the biggest DISCIPLINE. Do you know why a person who’s going to gym is going to gym every single day without missing it!? There is something called DOPAMINE which hits you right after every workout creating wonders in head, heart & mood. When your workout gives you results, you never want to lose the streak of getting better stronger sassier. During this corona situation the only thing i missed is going to gym. Yes i was doing some 2-300 push-ups & squats in my house, but that never helped my hunger to lift weights. As i mentioned “DOPAMINE”; when your efforts show results, it’s a bliss to do what you do. Condition: you have to be CONSISTENT towards your desires & goals whether it’s fitness, studies or business. Whoever said it, said it right “CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY”.
Some exercises & workout everyday is my habit now. I love to see myself fit & fine everytime. God has given me a face to identify who’s TAP, can’t change it & YES they are important for my passport. But this body is mine, I will build it further every single day without taking a break. Few say I am obsessed, I say I am DEDICATED.
There is nothing obsessive about doing the right. Especially “OBSESSED” is a word used by lazy people to hide behind their mediocrity.
There was a time in my life when I used to hit gym every morning without fail, continued it for 3 whole years. Understood the capabilities of my body & mind, started feeling/looking the best version of myself after hitting that 5% bodyfat goal. I was always on schedule to sleep at night, because I was excited to wake up for 5AM morning workout. Body and mind both were on sync which helped me break my own comfort zone once again.
Yeah there were few who tried to stereotype me about my interest in gym & workout. The best part; all those who were saying that used to look like “Some Dad turned 50 & his only achievement is his beer belly”.How the fuck can “Gym” or “Workout” be a stereotype!! If it is, it is the best STEREOTYPE to be. At the end I must say “The difficulty in physical training/diet & lifestyle, handling such stereotypes with peace, all make you a DISCIPLINED person while strengthening your CHARACTER”.
There are some mornings I wake up with a huge dirty smile on my face, I just feel like I can jump from a mountain to an ocean or surf for an hour in the middle of a huge wave. Then I switch on the lights because it’s still 5.XX AM, go infront of mirror half eyes open to admire my 5-pack abs with few words in head: “You still look like the smexy grumpy juggernaut I left yesterday”. After brushing my teeth & cleaning my face I think about whether I still got my XL-size hoodie clean to hide this morning wood, usually I wear M-size t-shirt/joggers/sweatshirts.
I see my phone it’s still 5.45am, either I can sleep one more hour or go for a run. Suddenly my head shouts at me “The fuck is your worth without discipline, dedication, drive & desires!?”. So now a days I am running 4-5km everyday morning, yeah gyms are open now and I love weights as much as sugar free cheesecakes baked by chef TAP. After returning back from running my nerves calm down little bit and I still do couple of push-ups to sweat nicely. I always prefer to sweat before shower because it helps in cleaning the dead skin cells our body sheds at night while we are sleeping. Most of the time my morning breakfast is a sourdough bread toast topped with scrambled eggs & 60 second microwaved baby spinach. Can’t miss my black coffee, shit I am little addicted to coffee now a days because of this pandemic. Staying home all day & working from home is fun, but I swear I am missing uni & language classes. Can’t wait to get back to life as it used to be.
(You are totally allowed to judge WTF i typed here!! Most of my posts are scheduled a month advance. Most probably I typed this while sitting on pot after returning from gym.) Tap OUT..😜
Start today. Start first. Start fresh. Eat healthy. Train like your body stops feeling pain. Once you quit, you will be back to ZERO from where you began and start dreaming about what you were before quitting. Erase that option to QUIT. It’s your body which screams to STOP, not your mind. Wipe that sweat & fetch your DREAMS. Your strength & pride lies in your PAIN. Now tell yourself “You are different. Your uniqueness is, you aren’t gonna give up. Be proud of yourself”.
One thing people have no idea: Testosterone levels are not just responsible for building good muscle mass & better sex drive, it’s a happiness hormone as well. Testosterone plays a major role in mental health. It makes you keep moving forward with a positive mindset.

I workout, follow a healthy diet, wear nice clothes/sneakers/watches/perfume & take care of few things related to my personal hygiene. Because I care about THE WAY I LOOK, not because what other people think how I look.
