Constantly analyze yourself. Figure out why certain things upset you. Question your own motives. Understand your behavior. This creates a pathway for change.
Acknowledging why you do the things you do is the first step in shifting out of toxic patterns.
BE TRUE TO YOURSELF FIRST. BE REAL & BE A HAPPENING AUTHENTIC VERSION OF YOURSELF.
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. West blames Russia on invading a democratic European nation. Russia sites own reasons that may or may not seem reasonable to most people. I am not in support of both. This war displaced some 7 million people, we all must know the latest changes in map after the referendum.)
Just remember, we are all toxic. Every single human being is capable of being toxic, has been, currently is, etc. But some people have the desire to be educated on it and do better while others will ignore any accountability and continue to act the same way.
You’ll go through days where you think you have everything under control and you’ll go through days where you have no idea what you’re doing. Don’t let one bad day get you down. Self doubt is toxic and doesn’t get you anywhere. It does nothing but hinder your progress.
The ATTITUDE of “that’s just how I am, take it or leave it” is still a sign of immaturity. As an adult, it’s your responsibility to figure out which of your traits are toxic and are negatively impactful towards other people and the ones you love, and to eventually learn how to fix them. At some point, we all gotta start making ourselves better individuals.
If you truly believe you don’t have to change anything about yourself, even at the very least the worst in you, and that people will just have to deal with it, then sorry, you’re still a child & your attitude is a childish nonsense.
Self-care isn’t just holidays and massages. It’s working on your habits, mindset and healing your past. It’s removing toxic thoughts, inconsistent people and places in your life. Self-care is living intentionally, purposefully and consciously.
Don’t lower your frequency to play games and become a part of an inconsistent toxic cycle. Revenge depletes your energy and steals from you. Move forward. What you remove your attention from will cease to exist.
Get better. Attract better. You are too great to entertain such energies. BE YOU & STRIVE TO BE A BETTER VERSION OF YOURSELF.

I don’t believe in partnerships, strictly talking about work & money/business. Whatever i own in life fully belongs to me & this will never change. That’s the reason i hate unenthusiastic people who think everything will be served on plate without putting enough efforts. Again that’s the only differentiator of what kinda HUMAN BEING you are, what’s your actions towards what you want to achieve!!
If you truly want to achieve something, work your way out & stay away from those who can’t bring their A-game to the table. Unenthusiastic people are toxic for your growth.
