Remember; Most of your stress comes from the way you respond, not the way life is. Adjust your attitude. Change how you see things. Look for the good in all situations. Take the lesson and find new opportunities to grow. Let all the extra stress, worrying, and overthinking go. BE AN AUTHENTIC VERSION OF YOURSELF.
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. Big fan of Key & Peele, I had to share this. WELCOME TO DEMOCRACY.)
I love the glow you get from MINDING YOUR OWN BUSINESS and LETTING GO OF NEGATIVITY. You no longer waste your time and energy stressing out or worrying about things that don’t evolve you. You start focusing your energy on getting better. You start feeling better. You start looking better. You even start attracting better. Everything changes. EVERYTHING CHANGES FOR THE BETTER.
(If you are living in UK, watch this without getting panicked. I mentioned this in few 2019 blog posts about how UK is moving towards an EMERGING MARKET ECONOMY status like some third world developing nations. Now that we know Liz Truss is the new Prime Minister, watch this 6 minutes video for more.)
I think sometimes people believe that worrying has some kind of productive purpose. Worry sucks all of your energy and joy out of whatever it is you’re doing. It’s human nature to worry, but when we do it constantly, we run into more problems. It may give you something to do, but you don’t get anywhere.
The next time you are worrying about something, try to remember that you aren’t always in control. Instead, do practical things like make a budget or create a schedule. Be proactive and let go of the stress. After all, it won’t change a thing. Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow; it empties today of its strength.

Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. The small things in life don’t need to be worried and stressed about so much. The alarm can be fixed. The tire can be replaced. The coffee can be refilled. The parking ticket can be paid. The keys can be found. The to-dos can get to-done. You can get sleep. You can get some food. Maybe a snickers to satisfy.
Your life is great. You just have to allow it to be. People don’t make you angry. You allow the anger to dwell within you. Circumstances don’t upset you. You allow yourself to get upset. You choose to worry. You choose to criticize. You choose to blame. And you choose to complain. No one else decides this for you. Your ATTITUDE is what determines your day.
I know that everybody worries about what’s coming next, but in my experience it doesn’t do any good. It just makes you more stressed out and usually you’re just worrying about things that may never even happen. Today and this moment is all we have, so stay present and focused and count your blessings for today and trust that the rest will fall into place.
Count your blessings today. No need to worry about tomorrow, when we’ve been blessed with today. (Not my words.)
Everyone knows that they’re not supposed to procrastinate but we all do it every now and again. The more things you put off, the more will build up and you will just feel out of control and stressed. Manage and prioritize your time and tasks.
Procrastination is like a credit card: it’s a lot of fun until you get the bill. -CHRISTOPHER PARKER.
GOD is not in a hurry, you are. That’s why you are tired. That’s why you are anxious, and stressed, and disappointed. You just need to remain true & consistent with the way you are in your walk of life. Trust that what’s meant to be yours, will be yours.
