The older I get, the more comfortable I am with letting things go.
Everything doesn’t warrant a reaction, response, or rebuttal.
I am most peaceful when I preserve my energy for things that elevate ease in my life.
Hurting people back will not heal your pain.
Learn to react to people constructively, even if that means being alone in silence, to study your emotions.
In your response is your DESTINY.
If you do not take conscious control of your reaction, you will give away your power.
Remember, most of your stress comes from the way you respond, not the way life is.
Adjust your attitude.
Change how you see things.
Look for the good in all situations.
Take the lesson and find new opportunities to grow.
Let all the extra stress, worrying, and overthinking go.
REMEMBER, MOST OF YOUR STRESS COMES FROM THE WAY YOU RESPOND, NOT THE WAY LIFE IS.
ADJUST YOUR ATTITUDE.
CHANGE HOW YOU SEE THINGS.
LOOK FOR THE GOOD IN ALL SITUATIONS.
TAKE THE LESSON AND FIND NEW OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW.
LET ALL THE EXTRA STRESS, WORRYING AND OVERTHINKING GO.
My only response when someone says “I miss yesterday’s Tap”; book a bus/train/flight ticket & meet him, at present moment TAP is a way stronger sober future focused baddie.
I don’t have time to look back.
