If you want to become significantly better at anything, you have to fall in love with the process of doing it.
You have to fall in love with building the identity of someone who does the work, rather than merely dreaming about the results that you want.
In other words;
Fall in love with boredom.
Fall in love with repetition and practice.
Fall in love with the process of what you and let the results take care of themselves.
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. We live in a world of such woke dumbfucks. One word for this mindset; DISGUSTING. Ask a scientist whether we are ready for a world of fully renewable energy, the answer is NO. Yes science has made progress, but you can still go more miles with a tank of gas compared to a fully charged electric vehicle. We need more research & more time. Such dumbfucks are just slowing down the process while causing immense financial damage.)

Every good thing takes time.
You can’t rush things.
Growth is not linear, but a journey filled with challenges and opportunities to push to your destination.
No one can do it for you, it’s your journey.
And there will be days you’ll want to give up, but you can keep going.
There are no shortcuts to get there, so you have to embrace the process.

Think progress, not perfection.
Allow yourself to grow in the process.
Make room for failure too.
Just do your daily practice and cultivate a kind heart.
Bet on hard work.
Abandon impatience.
The results will come down when they’re ready.
Remember, consistent small steps are way better than just one big step with no further progress.

Recovery is a process-no matter what it is you’re overcoming.
No one is better or greater for recovering faster.
It’s not a race.
You need to go at your own pace, even if that is pace is slow.
There will be days when you feel like giving up-don’t.
There will be days when you’re at risk of relapsing-don’t.
So long as you set your own pace and never go backward in your recovery, you’re making tremendous progress, and that’s all that matters.
So be proud of what you’ve accomplished for yourself.

Don’t compare your recovery process to others.
Remember that each of us heals physically, mentally, and emotionally at the pace that’s right for ourselves.
Give yourself the time you need and deserve.

Change takes place within you.
Continue to be consistent and remember that all you have to do is take it one step at a time.
Don’t stop the process.

Most people don’t want to be part of the process.
They just want to be part of the outcome.
But the process is where you figure out who’s worth being part of the OUTCOME.

When it is time for something new, you will feel it.
You will feel a desire to let go, to shed layers, to move, to re-create.
You will know because there will be subtle shifts all around you.
You will release the old because you are really clearing the path for what’s ahead.
Trust this process.
Know that life does not take from us anything unless there is something else awaiting its replacement.
Understand & value the importance of subtle shifts.
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. I found it fun to watch, so it’s a fun to share. I didn’t know there’s a foster banana liquor. Now my travel diaries include one more place in 2022. I like trying such recipies even know i am not a big fan of alcohol.)

Life is a funny little process.
Because sometimes you find yourself when you least expect it.
Sometimes you let go when you don’t even notice you’re letting go.
And sometimes the right people find you on the days you need them the most.
Sometimes everything just clicks.
Because the universe is always in your favor.
It is always looking out for your best interest.
Always making sure you get the lessons and gifts you need.
Have faith in your progress because, progress is a gradual consistent process.
Life is fun, let it be.
(This music video got nothing to do with the post above. Next few words are for my bestfriend DEMI, pardon your RUDEY/TAPPIE/GOLDEN BEAR/LION KING. This song was on loop 3 times & my neighbour girl was vibing looking hella sassy 🔥🔥🔥 in a bit to short denim shorts. You know my hands have their own life while dancing & I can’t get over athletic caucasian girls. Yes i hate you, actually i love your fit 🍑 little more than i like you.😂🤪 Missing your voice & vibe. No matter who’s around, you own the biggest chunk of my head & heart till i am single. Pick me from Matt’s place, office dinner tomorrow & my eyes are wide open to devour your A-game.😋
I won’t leave it open, you know I’m on on go.
Moving too fast, you know I’m on on go).

Some periods of our growth are so confusing that we don’t even recognize that growth is happening.
We may feel hostile or angry or weepy and hysterical, or we may feel depressed.
It would never occur to us,
unless we stumbled on a book,
or a person who explained to us,
explained us that we were in fact in the process of change,
of actually becoming larger spiritually than we were before.

Whenever we grow,
we tend to feel it,
we tend to feel it as a young seed must feel the weight and inertia of the earth as it seeks to break out of its shell on its way to becoming a plant.
Often the feeling is anything but pleasant.
But what is most unpleasant is the not knowing what is happening.
Those long periods when something inside ourselves seems to be waiting,
holding its breath,
unsure about what the next step should be,
eventually become the periods we wait for,
waiting for those periods that we realize that we are being prepared for the next phase of our life,
and that in all probability a new level of the PERSONALITY is about to be revealed.
KEEP WORKING & STAY READY TO RECEIVE.
(This paragraph got nothing to do with the post above. Now the question everyone asking in university group; “Is there a secret instagram account of TAP?”. ANSWER IS YES, only 5 people know about it. I use it more like a travel timeline diary. My real instagram has around 16k followers, I don’t even know 99% of those people. Way back some asshole stole & published my workout images in an Amsterdam based male erotic model magazine, one of my ex-bitch informed me about it when she was planning to hire a stripper for her sister’s bachelorette party. Fun part is, that’s the time period i didn’t even leave my country for one whole year & I was/am really happy with my DATA ANALYST JOB. Since then, i am not uploading my face to instagram. But i am quite active in snapchat, i have streaks with all 122 contacts. I know & i have met every single one of them. I trust all of them, nobody will screenshot or steal my pictures there.)

NOTHING STAYS THE SAME.
So even in the mundane, even in the ordinary, when it feels like you’re walking a plateau, do not give up.

Keep moving. be committed to finishing what you started. And when you do so, without a doubt you’ll find yourself making progress. It’s just a matter of showing up everyday with patience persistence. You got this. Days away from now, you’ll be in a different place and look back at this moment and thank that you continued to show up even in the hard and dry moments.
Things never stay the same, believe that.
