Let them judge you. Let them misunderstand you. Let them gossip about you. Their opinions aren’t your problem. You stay kind, committed to love, and free in your authenticity. No matter what they do or say, don’t you dare doubt your worth or the beauty of your truth. Just keep on shining like you do.

(This video got nothing to do with the post above. World stopped accepting leadership of UK on economy after the fall of colonialism, and thanks to labours party which made a big dent on UK’s image by reiterating nonsensical issues on parliament floor. It’s just a start the way things are headed. People are worried about recession because we are already in a recession since a while. I can see even worse for USA in coming days.)
You all are grown ass adults now. You’re responsible for your emotional intelligence at this point. It’s no longer about who hurt you or who made you this way. It’s about what YOU can do to fix YOUR problem. Playing the blame game will leave you ugly an stagnant.
Fall in love with how hard you work, with how hard you try to be a good person, with the way you deal with problems. Value all those things that you tend to ignore about yourself and stop being so hard on yourself.
When you learn how to communicate with others there’s no problem you can’t solve. It doesn’t mean you’ll always agree with other people and it certainly doesn’t mean that they will agree with you. But none of that matters if you possess the maturity and the patience to work through your differences. Think about how much more peace there would be on this planet if people would just talk through a problem instead of using violence & retaliation.
Do you have a friend or family member you have a really hard time getting through to? Maybe now is the time to try again. It never hurts to try.
You have to learn how to communicate if you want to get along in this world.
More than anything, the world needs you to show up, strong and courageous, to lead them into something new. They may not know it. They may not see it. They may not understand it. But, deep within you, you see it and you recognize it. You don’t just see this present moment. But you see what could be. And, that’s a gift.
You see the pain, but you also see the healing. You see the problem, but you also see the solution. You see the lack, but you also see the provision. You see the the gap, but you also see the bridge. You know there’s a better tomorrow. So, lean into that. TRUST YOURSELF.
Instead of saying “I’m lazy,” saying “I’ve made a habit of not doing work unless it’s absolutely necessary.” Instead of saying “I’m a bad friend,” saying “I haven’t communicated as much as I should with the people I care about.”
By being specific about your problems, and by framing it as an action that you are consciously either working on or ignoring rather than an unchangeable part of who you are, you allow yourself to accept your mistakes and work constructively on them instead of pretending they didn’t happen or wallowing in blaming yourself.
Honestly I think one of the most empowering things you can do for yourself is to separate your negative qualities from your identity. (Not my words.)
Let them judge you. Let them misunderstand you. Let them gossip about you. Their opinions aren’t your problems. You stay kind, committed to love, and free in your authenticity. No matter what they do or say, don’t you doubt your worth or the beauty of your truth. Remain CONSISTENT & just keep shining like you always do.
