The older I got, the more I realize the value of privacy, of cultivating your circle and only letting certain people in. You can be open, honest, and real while still understanding not everyone deserves a seat at the table of your life.
Trust, Loyalty, Respect. You fuck up 1, you lose all 3.
(Not my words).
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. So, at the end these privacy evading punters did the same as predicted by all news media outlets. Now that nobody is ready to believe Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg just rebranded it to something else. The amount of backlash Facebook received after 2 back to back recent scandals wasn’t enough. Whatever this Meta bullshit coming is gonna be a disastrous stupid failure.)
So many of the lessons I’ve learned have been about standing up for myself and setting boundaries. Most people in our current world are used to inconsistent approach & deceptive behaviour, which are both cheap & unacceptable in accordance to HUMAN standards. It’s really hard and sometimes even painful. In work environments and everyday life, be sure to set boundaries for those you’re spending time with. Make sure they’re aware with what you’re comfortable with and your limitations. Communicate with others to make sure you are honoring yourself. It’s hard, but it’s worth it. Always.
You don’t owe anybody the present other than yourself. Take time for you. Respect yourself and your privacy. Set boundaries. Set one boundary today in your professional or personal life. (Not my words). Life is fun, let it be.
(This 5 minutes video got nothing to do with the post above, It’s about world’s top economies in 2050. Watch it for little knowledge & fun. FYI my entire stock market investment portfolio is linked to number 2, 3 & 7 countries.)
Travel, and tell no one. Live a true LOVE, and tell no one. Stay HAPPY, and tell no one. Vibe with your tribe, and tell no one. Succeed with your goals, and tell no one. Celebrate your success, and tell no one.
If it’s beautiful, tell no one. People ruin beautiful things. They don’t know how to value BEAUTIFUL.
When you are happy with someone/something in private, you don’t need to prove it on social media. Just because you don’t share it on social media, doesn’t mean you’re not up to big things. Keep your personal life PERSONAL. People who have a life, they don’t need to prove they got one. (Not my words).
Live it and stay lowkey. Privacy is important. Privacy is everything. Privacy is precious. In a world where most are overexposed while doing nothing positive, choose a private you who’s accessible only to an exclusive group of handful people. PRIVACY IS THE GREATEST LUXURY.
