True me.. Tap-1138..

It’s funny because when you were a child,
you believe you can be anything you want to be, go wherever you want to go.
There’s no limit to what you can dream.
You expect the unexpected,
you believe in magic,
you believe in fairy tales,
and you strongly believe in possibilities.
Then you get older.
That innocence is shattered.
And somewhere along the way the reality of life gets in the way.
You’re hit by the realization that you can’t be all you wanted to be.
You might have to settle for a bit little bit less.

BE REAL.
BE YOU.
BE THE MOST AUTHENTIC VERSION OF YOURSELF.
BECOME WHAT YOUR HEART PUSHES YOU TO BE.
IN THIS WORLD OF INSTANT GRATIFICATION & UNREAL EXPECTATIONS, YOU BEING A REAL YOU IS THE BEST GIFT YOU CAN GIVE TO YOURSELF & THE SOCIETY.

Approach today with gratitude, understanding, openness; knowing that it offers potential & possibilities.
Knowing that every moment is an opportunity to reflect, reset, and move forward with INTENTION.

Tru2Day1000

Spend some time reassessing the past year.
Think about how you have grown,
how you’ve changed,
what you’d like to continue doing,
and what you’re ready to move on from.

I always find the last few days of the year are packed with so much intense energy and possibility for change that the best thing you can do is sit and reflect.

Make a list of all that you’ve accomplished this year.
Then welcome the new year full of things that have never been.
(Not my words.)

(This video got something to do with the post above. Watch it to know what the world went through in 2021. Happy to see the post number 1000 ending on the last day of the year.)

True me.. Tap-898..

Every difficult situation I’ve experienced has ultimately changed me for the better.
I’ve grown stronger as a human being and I have been able to advocate for others who are still struggling to be heard.
I can’t tell you what a privilege and honor it is for me to use my own pain to help people find strength and hopefully prevent unneeded suffering for many others.
These positive rays of light were only able to come through the darkness because I allowed them to,
because I was open to them,
and because I didn’t dwell on my past or my pain.
I simply honored it.

Find something positive about a struggle you’re facing and share it with someone who’s struggling.
They’ll know something better is coming to them too.
There is always an opportunity to turn a negative situation into a positive one as long as you are open to the possibility. (Not my words.)
