Check yourself. Sometimes you are the toxic person. Sometimes you are the mean, negative person you’re looking to push away. Sometimes the problem is you. And that doesn’t make you less worthy. Keep on growing. Keep on checking yourself. Keep on motivating yourself.
Because mistakes are opportunities. Look at them, own them, grow from them and move on. Do better, be better. You’re human. It’s okay.
Some things we can let go of in the moment. We can shift our perspective or have curiosity rather than judgement. We can choose to be happy rather than needing to show we’re right. We can change how we’re breathing affecting how we’re feeling. We can walk it off. We can check in at the end of the day and let go. Notice where we missed an opportunity and choose not to carry it into tomorrow.
Some other things take time to process. Some things are buried deep where we stored them. Some things are not quite ready. Sometimes we’re comfortable in our pain because it’s what we know. And sometimes we think we’ve healed something only to revisit it later on a deeper level.
We always need to be gentle with ourselves and compassionate when it’s taken us longer than we wanted to let it go. Practice patience, trust the process.
We have to realize that our lives could be gone in a moment. There are no guarantees that we will be here at this time next year. Learn to live each day to the fullest. Don’t complain. Don’t focus on what’s wrong. Be grateful for the opportunity to experience each day.
Remember, most of your stress comes from the way you respond, not the way life is. Adjust your attitude. Change how you see things. Look for the good in all situations. Take the lesson and find new opportunities to grow. Let all the extra stress, worrying, and overthinking go.
Growth won’t always look the way you envisioned it.
Sometimes we can romanticize growth as only being abundance or making space for more. But i also believe growth involves shedding, loss, and really tough shifts. Growth is saying how you really feel. Growth is sometimes disappointing others by choosing you. Growth is being willing to let go even though it’s hard. When we ask for growth, we may have to be willing to allow people, places, and opportunities to leave for our benefit. That’s growth too.
(Not my words.)
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. Very few know about my Cullinan review video in snapchat spotlight. I am an automobile enthusiast. Rolls Royce recently made two electric engine marvels. One is this prototype phase spectre, their first electric vehicle. Other one is an world’s fastest electric engine plane. Waiting to see other luxury brands to follow. Future looks good.)
If you are intentional about practicing thankfulness every day, you will see the magic begin to take place in your life. You are going to see doors open that you didn’t think were possible. You are going to see opportunities come and find you that you didn’t know existed. And, you’re going to see your influence expand like never before.
Your thankfulness will position you in just the right place to be the recipient of extravagant grace, faithfulness, and goodness. Stay thankful. Practice gratitude. On the good days and the lows days, stay thankful. Everything in the created world is shifting in your favor. YOUR BEST DAYS ARE STILL AHEAD OF YOU.
We always have choices in life. We make our opportunities, and we must find it in ourselves to achieve our destiny. We never really know what we can do or achieve unless we try. Stop leaving something important up to chance. Take control of it, and create the outcome you want.
It is not in the stars to hold our destiny but in ourselves. -William Shakespeare.
(This music video got nothing to do with the post above. One of my favourite songs from the movie POPSTAR. If you watched the song & searching for the answer of where OSAMA BIN LADEN was living when he was killed? He was killed in Abbottabad, where he was living next to a Pakistani military headquarter for almost a year. Either ways this song is hella quirky & uncensored. Watch it with headphones.)
Don’t settle for allowing your life to simply be okay or fine or even just good. Make it extraordinary. Make it thrilling. Make it spectacular. Fill it with excitement and passion, adventures and opportunities. You only get one beautiful life, make it magical and above all else, make it yours.
We’re never doomed because we’re being reborn each day and life is filled with new opportunities. You have the freedom to wake up one day and decide to travel the world, change career paths, or reach out to a friend you haven’t spoken to in years. Every day is filled with new ideas and possibilities.
Do something unexpected and out of character today. Free yourself.
Each morning, we are born again. What we do today is what matters most. -BUDDHA.
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. Watch this video to understand little more about our stupid human mindset on hustle, goals & achieving things in short. Nobody understands it’s about being productive & how much value you are bringing. IF YOU WANT TO MOVE FAST, GO SLOW.)
By OVERTHINKING we often create problems that aren’t even there. Maybe you should stop overthinking so much and trust the way life happens. Things change. Every year you grow into someone else. Every year you have the opportunity to start over again and begin, to rise and face the world the way that you want to. Take this with you, you beautiful human being.
Don’t be afraid to fail. Don’t be afraid to fall. Don’t be afraid to get your heart broken. Don’t be afraid at all. The fear is in your head. The doubt is in your heart. And regret survives in the memory. That is, if you feed it, if you give into it. So please, before you go, remember overthinking is a self-inflicting act. It is the suicide, the doubt of self, the tragedy no one understands. It is instant death without lifting a single sword. So don’t give in to it, you know you’re stronger than that and capable of so much more.
It’s so easy to beat ourselves up for mistakes we’ve made in the past. Mistakes are part of being human and they are part of being alive. Our mistakes are blessings and opportunities to keep learning and expanding. But even when you learn from your mistakes don’t expect to never make another, you will and that’s okay.
Keep growing and embrace each challenge as a chance to learn something new and you will be amazed by how easy it is to move on. Stay consistent in your walk of life & don’t be afraid to make new mistakes. Mistakes are nothing more than opportunities to learn, grow, and better our future.

I’m a firm believer in leaving this world a better place for future generations. Being an optimistic person has presented me with so many extraordinary opportunities to give back, to volunteer, and to touch so many lives along the way. I’ve had the privilege of advocating for those dealing with bullying, eating disorders, and mental health issues. Everyone has causes close to their hearts, so whatever you’re passionate about, do something to make a difference. Do your part to make this world a better place.
I have been through enough ups & downs in my close to 30 life. I gave myself oppertunity to live/work/study in 4 cities/countries. I graduated engineering & MBA way back. The friends who entered my life those days are still intact, that’s my biggest flex. My address will change again next year. I will not say i enjoy travelling, everyone does. I will say, i relocate every 2-3 years. The more people i came in touch with the more i understood, we live in a world of WEAK MEN & GIRLS BUSY IN TIKTOK. Proper inconsistency at play. Still there’s hope to experience a world focused on growth, happiness & fulfillment. WISHING YOU ALL A PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR 2022. LOVE AND RESPECT.
Every difficult situation I’ve experienced has ultimately changed me for the better. I’ve grown stronger as a human being and I have been able to advocate for others who are still struggling to be heard. I can’t tell you what a privilege and honor it is for me to use my own pain to help people find strength and hopefully prevent unneeded suffering for many others. These positive rays of light were only able to come through the darkness because I allowed them to, because I was open to them, and because I didn’t dwell on my past or my pain. I simply honored it.
Find something positive about a struggle you’re facing and share it with someone who’s struggling. They’ll know something better is coming to them too. There is always an opportunity to turn a negative situation into a positive one as long as you are open to the possibility. (Not my words.)
Life is a journey and a process that is constantly presenting us with new opportunities to grow and evolve. Every day and every year offers a chance to continue to be stronger, happier, and more compassionate.
Set an intention to better yourself and be an inspiration to those around you. No one is perfect, but we can all strive to be better people. (Not my words.)
Stop lying yourself about “I don’t have the time”. Thinking you don’t have time prevents you from taking Chances. It allows you to put the important stuff off until you really don’t have time. If something is important to you, you should try to make time for it.
Just changing the way you think about things is beneficial. Merely thinking about something important that’s worth spending time on can encourage you to actually get it done.
How many times you thought “I am not good enough or I don’t have enough to be happy”? Actually these two are the most common lie we tell ourselves & we need to stop.
I’m not good enough. No matter how positive or confident you are, this thought has undoubtedly crossed your mind at one point or another. This thought can invade any aspect of your life and it can lead you to believe that, you’re not good enough physically mentally or emotionally breaking down your self-worth. Believing that you’re not good enough or smart enough to do something often makes you not even want to try, because you don’t see the point in the inevitable failure. It will stop you from putting in the effort needed to reach your goals.
I don’t have enough yet to be happy. Every situation has a silver lining or a lesson that can be learned from it. Know some people are too busy worrying about the problem to ever see it. Being upset over something you don’t have or didn’t get, it’s only a waste of time and stops you from seeing what you do have. The happiest people aren’t necessarily the extremely fortunate of rich ones. It’s those who see the positivity and potential in what they already have and make the most of every opportunity that comes their way.
(This video of Donald Dump got nothing to do with the post above. Just wanted to share a tiny video of the most miserable human being on this planet who breathes lies.)
