I continually strive to be better by evaluating my daily actions, reactions, responses & behaviour. And i measure how they affect other people. When I realize that my actions may have hurt someone, I make a point to go to them and apologize in a meaningful way. It feels good when I make a conscious effort to recognize my faults and then do everything I can to make them right and demonstrate my love & care. These actions are so much more impactful than words.
Think about someone you should reach out to, whether it is to apologize or reconnect, tell them that you love them or that you are sorry. When your intentions are right, your actions will make sense to anyone you connect/reconnect. Always remember; actions speak louder than words, only when your intentions are clear.
The most attractive thing about you should have less to do with your face and body, and more to do with your heart and how you treat other people. I am talking about kindness & empathy.
Let’s face it, we see an appearance first and have our first impression based on an appearance. Our appearance is where we can hide behind. But an appearance does not say anything about a character. Nowadays it seems that we judge each other on our appearance, who we are and what we stand for does not seem to matter. No effort is made to get to know the person behind an appearance.
It is our own mental attitude which makes the world what it is for us. Our thoughts make things beautiful, our thoughts make things ugly. Not our eyes. The whole world is in our minds. Learn to see things in proper light. Learn to see souls instead of bodies by using your mind instead of your eyes. LEARN TO SEE WHAT’S REAL.
We don’t change the world by trying to change everyone. We change the world by taking responsibility for our own thoughts, feelings, intentions and actions. Change is contagious and it begins with each one of us, taking PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.
Throughout the years I have learned three major things;
1. Sometimes bad things happen to good people and sometimes you might think you know someone, you might think they’re on your side but deep down inside they’re not. Pay attention. True intentions take you towards right action. Actions speak louder than words. And wrong people use words to cover up truth with lies.
2. Almost everything we go through we can’t control. That means, if it’s yours, then somewhere down the line it’ll return to you and if it’s not, then you have to make peace with it and move on, It’s as simple as that.
3. Letting go is never an easy thing to do. No matter how many times you’ve rehearsed it, no matter how many times you’ve played it in your head, it never goes as planned and almost always does it sting a little harder than you thought.
(Not my words).
AT THE END OF THE DAY IT’S NOT ABOUT WHAT YOU HAVE OR EVEN WHAT YOU’VE ACCOMPLISHED. IT’S ABOUT WHO YOU’VE LIFTED UP, WHO YOU’VE MADE BETTER. IT’S ABOUT WHAT YOU’VE GIVEN BACK.
The universe will keep handing you the same lessons, same failures, the same relationships, the same type of love and the same type of pain until you realise that the common denominator is you.
Until you are finally tired of your own patterns. Until you finally love yourself enough to raise your standards and believe you are worthy of holding them.
You see the thing is, until you learn to love yourself more, you will continue to accept the love that mirrors how you truly feel about yourself. The answer to everything you desire is within you.
Desires must help you become a better you. Now relax. You’ll end up where you’re supposed to be. Choose consistent truthful people to vibe & shine. Be picky. You glow differently when you have good people with good intentions in your life. (Not my words).
Stop taking things personally. We all are collateral damage to somebody else’s bad decision. You can apply it to all scenarios of life related to love, job, money or family. Take a chill. Don’t be too sensitive. No-one is mean to you. You are incredibly amazing as a true you.
Whenever you are about to do anything deceptive towards someone, just think about it once “THE SAME CAN HAPPEN WITH YOU”. You don’t need regrets or course corrections towards own actions when your intentions are TRUE.
