Just show up, as you are. You don’t have to look or feel great. You don’t have to be prepared for each challenge or know all the hows of every situation. You don’t have to be fearless, or have all the answers, or be 100% ready. Nobody is any of these things. Nobody ever was. It’s not about being perfect, at all.
You just have to show up, as you are, despite all the objections and insecurities of your mind, despite each and every fear that threatens to hold you back, despite the limitations and criticisms others will place on you.
This is your life, your journey, your adventure, and all it’s asking of you is to show up for it, as you are. That’s enough. That’s more than enough. That’s everything. (Not my words.)

To hell with it all. This is your life, your journey, your adventure, and all it’s asking of you is to show up for it, as you are. That’s enough. That’s more than enough. That’s everything.
Your body sheds your tired skin every twenty seven days. You were not made to hold your past within you. You were not made to carry it all on your back. You physically let go of every bad thing that has ever touched you, of every pair of foreign hands that unbuttoned your shirt but never your demons; you let go of every regret, of every insecurity. You are always gifted a clean slate.
Remember that your tongue is the strongest muscle in your body. You were made to speak, so speak loudly and communicate honestly about how you feel. Speak about what hurts you, about what has broken you. Speak about your story, share it with the world.
Letting go does not mean you stop caring. It means you stop trying to force others to.
In case you want to grow into a bigger better person, your past mustn’t dictate your present or future. Most believe “past is 100% indicative of future”. Everyone screws up sometimes and we’ve all been hurt in some way, be taken advantage of or have been accepted less than we deserve, but you shouldn’t regret any of it as every negative situation is a chance to learn something and they help us make better choices.
The next time you’ll learn who you can trust, what you want in a friendship or relationship or a business partnership, how to read people and to detect insecurity, you figure out who you are and how to be yourself and most importantly to appreciate the good things in your life over own flaws. Life is fun, let it be.
The biggest hurdle on your way to happiness is self-loathing. Self-loathing is very similar to insecurity. And if you experience it, know that you’re not alone. Almost everyone experiences some form of self-hate at one time or another. It’s the feeling you are not enough, unworthy or undeserving of the good things in life, like love and happiness. The truth is that, everyone deserves love and happiness. But we’re often taught the opposite. It may arise from a history of abuse, cultural or social messages or being excluded.
Bad relationships, failures and many other different experiences can lead you to believe that, there is something inherently wrong with you. Well, there isn’t and self-loathing will only bring you down even if you’ve made decisions that you’re not proud of. You can learn from your mistakes, hating yourself over them will not do you any good. Let go of your self-loathing. It’s a barrier to your happiness. And you do deserve to be happy.
Two major discomforting traits of most people; EXCESSIVE PRIDE & INSECURITY. Let’s talk about both little bit. Purpose is to identify & get rid of these ASAP, i am talking this to both reader & writer.
Excessive pride. Pride isn’t necessarily a terrible thing. It can bring you confidence and self-assurance which are two great qualities that can help you lead a happy life. However pride can also cause destruction through overconfidence and resistance to learning. If your pride is extreme, it can ruin your personal and professional relationships. It’s not uncommon for people to let their pride prevent them from acknowledging their mistakes and to learn from them whether it’s a project at the office or an argument with a friend. It’s essential to keep your pride in check and get rid of any excess that is no longer serving you.
Insecurity. Insecurity has no benefits, it often arises from judgment or criticism of yourself and other people. It causes chronic unhappiness and becomes a burden on your life. As long as you are the most honest and authentic version of yourself, no one has the right to judge you for it and that goes for you too. There is nothing wrong with living your life the way you want to live. If self-doubt is something you picked up along the way and it’s something you can drop whenever you choose. Your friends and family love you for you. When you doubt their respect to faction or acceptance, you are doing a disservice not only to yourself but to your loved ones as well.
