If you’re working on changing bad habits, unhealthy thought patterns, negative emotions, or toxic behaviors, know that you are healing a part of this world by healing yourself. Everyone around you will benefit and they will be served by your wholeness.
It’s hard sometimes and I know you want to quit, but this is the work that ultimately changes the world. SELF IMPROVEMENT also improves everything around you.
– It’s my parents fault. – It’s because they are rich. – Privileged ones got it right. – Luck didn’t favour me. – The government is useless.
These are the lines used by losers. Everytime you blame others, you take your power to succeed away.
Ask yourself “What’s stopping you & which skillset/knowledge can fix it!”. Try figuring out how to improve yourself. When you take accountability for yourself, you immediately gain the power to succeed.

It’s a pretty simple concept yet it can be so difficult to just stop worrying. Worrying doesn’t do anything but suspend our happiness. It works, so give it a shot and see if your mood improves.
Listen to a happy upbeat song, go out on a walk to nearby park or forest, have a heart to heart conversation with yourself, spend some time with mother nature & get back on track. DON’T WORRY, BE HAPPY.
People who are critical. People who reject you. People who are inconsistent. People who are abusive. People who retaliate. People who downplay your achievements. People who secretly want your life. People who refuse to improve.
Stop wasting your time dealing with toxic, inconsistent, negative, energy-draining people. Some people are wired for negativity. They love retaliation, being argumentative, combative and abusive.
Let others talk about you or against you, doesn’t matter good or bad. Your job is to protect your peace. Keep walking towards a truthful consistent life.
Stop comparing where you’re at with where everyone else is. It doesn’t move you farther ahead, improve your situation, or help you find peace. It just feeds your shame, fuels your feelings of inadequacy, and ultimately it keeps you stuck. The reality is that, there is no one on correct path in life. Everyone has their own unique journey. A path that’s right for someone else won’t necessarily be a path that’s right for you. And that’s okay.
Your journey isn’t right or wrong, or good or bad. It’s just different. Your life isn’t meant to look like anyone else’s because you aren’t like anyone else. You’re a person with all your own with a unique set of goals, obstacles, dreams, and needs.
So stop comparing, and start living. You may not have ended up where you intended to go. But trust, for once, that you have ended up where you needed to be. Trust that you are in the right place at the right time. Trust that your life is enough. Trust that you are enough. Enjoy the ride. Life is fun. Let it be.
Healthy doesn’t mean a salad. Healthy isn’t a measure of weight. Being healthy involves your mind, spirit and heart just as much as it involves your body. Each person’s version of healthy is different. Sweets don’t make you unhealthy but sadness will.
