Nobody is perfect. Equally important is knowing how to forgive yourself. Do not obsess over your past mistakes. The more you obsess and hold on to it, the more energy and power you give it. So let it go, learn from it, and move on. Forgive yourself for a mistake you made or something you’ve done that you now regret. Allow yourself to let it go.
Leave all your inconsistent behaviour behind. Learn to be in sync with life. It can be your career, hobbies, relationship or your health, learn to be CONSISTENT if you want success in any field of your life. Live with no regrets. Life is fun, let it be.
Don’t settle for nice, for pleasant, for familiar. Keep looking until you find something that really moves you, that resonates with your core. And I mean this for people, for interests, for hobbies, for your possessions, clothes, music, books, art and everything.
Curate every aspect of your life, as much as you can. It’s in the things that deeply inspire us that we find ourselves. Surround yourself with truth, and you’ll have built yourself a heaven. You can have your heaven on earth. (Not my words).
Every kind of addiction causes some harm to our sanity. When you think about addiction, you might think of alcohol or drug addiction, but there are countless other forms of addiction you could be addicted to, work, sugar, video games, drama or even a toxic relationship. No matter what your compulsion is, it will always be a barrier to your happiness. Addiction creates an insatiable appetite, the void can never be full since your desire for the object of your affection is limitless. You’ll never feel that sweet satisfaction.
Addiction only leads to a cycle of relentless hunger and dissatisfaction. To make things worse while you’re stuck in this never ending sequence of discontent, your addictions saps the energy from all other areas of your life like hobbies, passions, relationships or self-care. Recovery is a long hard road. It may be one of the most challenging experiences of your life, but it can be also the most rewarding if you want to be happier. Think about dropping your addictions.
Doesn’t matter you are in a relationship or not, there is always a journey which is just yours. Your career path, your business goals, your own hobbies; these are all yours which make you a better beautiful you.
Now if your love/relationship isn’t helping you grow towards a better you, then stop lying to yourself. We enter relationships with tons of TRUTH & LOYALITY to become a better version of ourselves. We do it for our own happiness. The other person is there for a push. We do the same for them as well. Emotional availability speaks when words fall short.
Till you discover your worth, your goals & life purpose; you can’t be in a relationship with anyone.
