As for honoring emotions, I’ve always said “you need to allow yourself to feel what you feel”. Don’t push feelings away or tell yourself you’re not allowed to feel sad, happy etc. You are allowed to feel. Your emotions are valid. But you also need to learn how to deal with them. Try to figure out why you are feeling the way you are and then move forward from there.
When you’re happy, truly let yourself be happy. When you’re sad, let yourself be sad as well. But then know when it’s time to heal and move forward. And I know this can be hard and it’s something I’m still working on.
Value yourself. Express yourself. Honour your feelings. Work on becoming a legit version of who you are. Be a shameless authentic version of yourself.
Real life is so much more interesting than anything you will see on social media. So please, just put down your phone and pick up your head. Be present with the human beings you spend your time with, be present with yourself, be present with the world. Don’t forget to live because you think you’re living through your phone. Trust me when I say “real life is the feeling you get when you support your friends and see them doing the things that make their cells dance”.
Real life is 8am, wrapped within the limbs of someone who makes your stomach feel like it is buzzing with an electric kind of happiness. Real life is sitting with yourself, in all of your depth and your decay, and not distracting your mind from all that is seeking to be felt within you. Real life is gritty, it breaks you open, and it is meant to weather you in the most beautiful and meaningful ways, but you will miss all of that if you are looking down. Always choose to look up.
You are responsible for your happiness. In fact, you create it. You attract it. You manifest it. You are the architect of your reality. You choose your thoughts, your perceptions, and your reaction to external forces. You posses all of the tools needed to expand your awareness, to orchestrate the evolution of your consciousness, to choose happiness, to choose love.
You are that powerful. Create the life you deserve. Vibrate love.

You know you sometimes think yourself into unhappiness and depression. But did you know, you could also think yourself into happiness? By positive thinking, you will be well, you will prosper, and your prayers will be answered. Become the master of your thoughts.
Stop thinking about how tough life is. Stop thinking about the future and the past. Think of your good deeds and love. And express these thoughts daily. You will become what you think.
The WORLD is increasingly designed to depress us. Happiness isn’t very good for the economy. If we were happy with what we had, why would we need more?
• How do you sell an anti-ageing moisturiser? You make someone worry about ageing. • How do you get people to vote for a political party? You make them worry about tax & immigration. • How do you get them to buy insurance? By making them worry about everything. • How do you get them to have plastic surgery? By highlighting their physical flaws. • How do you get them to watch a TV show? By making them worry about missing out. • How do you get them to buy a new smartphone? By making them feel like they are being left behind.
To be calm becomes a kind of revolutionary act. To be happy with your own non-upgraded existence. To be comfortable with our messy, human selves, would not be good for business.
