Keep the honest moments close to your heart. Especially the ones that are the most human. When you laugh until your ribs ache with your friends, when you feel stars exploding inside of you from falling in love, when life breaks you open and those tears of transformation pour like a river from your soul. Life is really quite simple. We get to experience this planet for a brief while. We get to learn how to love ourselves and one another for the strange, messy, and magical creatures we are. What a gift it is to have a human life.
If you look a little closer, there is always something to be grateful for. True GRATITUDE isn’t ignoring the darkness. It’s participating with your whole heart in whatever moment life brings. It’s leaning into the unfolding process and having the courage to not need all of the answers. (Not my words.)
Don’t hustle yourself into an early grave. Work hard, but rest harder. Take time to laugh with friends and family. Express gratitude for the things you have in this moment while you work to achieve more.
GRATITUDE: Be grateful for what you have right now. Manifestation happens when you’re vibrating on a high frequency, so so if you’re living day to day being ungrateful, you are emitting a low frequency.
GET CLEAR: Become explicitly clear on them by writing them down, looking at them every single day, saying them out loud, writing them in a journal, and/or affirming them through powerful affirmations.
VISUALISE: Close your eyes and visualise yourself having the things you desire, visualise yourself as if you already have them, visualise this beautiful life you’re trying to manifest.
TAKE ACTION: Your dream job, dream relationship, or even that million pounds, aren’t just going to arrive on your doorstep. Instead, the Universe will send you powerful signs and powerful opportunities. Don’t ignore them – take action. Say yes. Get moving.
Make each day your own beautiful work of art. Take time to do things that inspire you before you get started with your day. Take a walk outside to simply be with the sun as it rises; let its boundless glow inspire you and fill you with warmth. Read a few pages of a book that fills you with light. Hug your loved ones or play with your puppy for a few extra minutes. And as you go about your day, remember that there is magic all around you even if some days it’s harder to find.
At the end of your day, take a moment as you rest your head on your pillow to find gratitude for all the wonderful things you experienced and created throughout your day. Because even if this day wasn’t extraordinary, even if this day was an average one, it played a part in your beautiful life, and that’s something to be wonderfully grateful for.
When you feel like what you are experiencing is not enough, instead of allowing yourself to get frustrated, anxious, discourage, or disappointed, choose to channel in a spirit of thankfulness.
Find something to be thankful for and begin to express gratitude. Because, no matter what is going on in your world, there’s plenty to be grateful for.
You have blood pumping through your veins. You have air flowing through your lungs. You have a roof over your head and food on your table. You have creativity that cannot be taken away and an undeniable purpose.
1. Don’t respond to negativity. 2. Don’t speak poorly about others. 3. Remain consistent in their walk of life. 4. Show up on right time. 5. Give without expectations. 6. Deliberately remain optimistic. 7. Never nitpick or brag. 8. Show gratitude. 9. Have good manners. 10. Make no excuses. 11. Shower random acts of kindness without hidden agenda.
(This video got something to do with the post above. Right when you thought ‘these crypto/NFT punters can’t go more dumb’, now you see you were wrong. These dumbfucks literally launching a ELON-GOAT token & planning to request Elon Musk to launch a fake rocket to space during next spaceX launch. I mean, this can’t get more dumber. Fun part: people still brag about such bullshits & follow/like crypto accounts in social media.)
If you start living for the smallest reasons, that’s when you know you’re really living, the smell of rain after a thunderstorm, the shades of pavements when it’s autumn, the harvest season and the unspoken competition to pick the freshest tomatoes, the mediocre midnights and the color of the sunsets, the smell of bakeries early in the morning, the frosty breeze of the fast-approaching winter, the warmth of oven when baking christmas cookies, the thickness of paper when flipping through magazine pages, the smell of new books and new clothes and new things.
When you start looking at things, really really looking, you’ll start living. Because then you’ll understand how it is to really be a HUMAN in this world full of people.
LEARN TO BE A HUMAN. APPRECIATE & LIVE YOUR LIFE FOR YOURSELF.
