I don’t desire much. I like sunsets and looking at the sky. I love eating good food and having conversations with humans. From time to time I think I sing well in the shower. I’m just a fan of being alive.
If your body is telling you to avoid certain foods and eat more fruits and veggies, DO IT. If your gut feeling is telling you to distance yourself from certain people, DO IT. And if your heart tells you to get closer to those who have a positive aura to them, DO IT.
If your heart is telling you to travel, quit that job, start this project, spend more time in nature, take a break, read this book, be with that person, GO FOR IT. Your higher self knows what’s best for you, so don’t ignore the messages.
Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. The small things in life don’t need to be worried and stressed about so much. The alarm can be fixed. The tire can be replaced. The coffee can be refilled. The parking ticket can be paid. The keys can be found. The to-dos can get to-done. You can get sleep. You can get some food. Maybe a Snickers to satisfy.
Your life is great. You just have to allow it to be. People don’t make you angry, you allow the anger to dwell within you. Circumstances don’t upset you, you allow yourself to get upset. You choose to worry, you choose to criticize, you choose to blame, and you choose to complain. No one else decides this for you.

Healthy doesn’t mean a salad. Healthy isn’t a measure of weight. Being healthy involves your mind, spirit and heart just as much as it involves your body. Each person’s version of healthy is different. Sweets don’t make you unhealthy but sadness will.
Good health is something all the riches in the world can’t buy. Take good care of yourself and count your blessings. Be thankful you woke up today because not every day is guaranteed. I spent so long taking my god-given health for granted that I forgot how blessed I am to be alive today. Our body is our temple. Treat it like your sanctuary.
Do something good for your body today. Go for a run or a hike or take a yoga class. Remove all kinds of unhealthy food from your diet one by one. But most importantly, be grateful for the life you’re living today. THE GREATEST WEALTH IS HEALTH.
Your impact on other people is bigger than you think. Someone still giggles when they think of that funny thing you said. Someone still smiles when they think of the compliment you gave them. Someone silently admires you. The advice you give has made a difference for people. The support and love you’ve offered others has made someone’s day. Your input and opinions have made someone think twice. You’re not insignificant and forgotten. Your existence makes a positive difference, whether you see it or not. You just have to remain truthful & consistent with the way you are. You are unique & beautiful. Be you.
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. It’s talking about obesity problem in USA. 2 out of every 3 US citizens are either overweight or obese, 1 is obese. And last 1 left is in tiktok i guess.😂 I am not surprised actually. If you eat Egg Mcmuffin & french fries with starbucks coffee for breakfast, what else do you expect! People drive miles to buy crappy fastfood & gain weight, then they talk about pollution & body positivity. Sadly this trend is slowly spreading in UK & Europe, but i am also happy that so many of those american fastfood chains aren’t present here so far. I can talk about life in Cardiff & Berlin, very few people prefer to eat out often. Even if they want to, at least we have an option to choose a full monty english breakfast/doner kebab/vegan avocado toast & natty acai bowl with enough lean meat/eggs/mushroom/vegetables/nuts/oats/berries/fruits at an affordable price. No offence to anyone reading from USA. I have cousins & friends in Cali, i tease them about being fat or fab everyday.😜)

If your heart is telling you to travel, explore a beautiful place, start a new project, start a business, spend more time in nature, take a break, read this book, & be with that person who vibes with you, just go for it.
Your higher self knows what’s best for you. So don’t ignore the messages. LEARN TO LISTEN YOURSELF.
People reveal a lot about their habits & personality even without knowing they are doing so. Let’s take example for “your eating habits”. In many cases behavior experts and psychologists agree that your eating habits can divulge a lot of information about your personality.
If you eat slowly, you’re more likely to be confident composed and in control. If you tend to shove with food in your mouth quickly, you’re more likely to be hot-headed & on the flip side, you’re probably also goal-oriented and ambitious. Adventurous eaters tend to be pushy or curious risk-takers. While picky eaters are known to be anxious or neurotic and pay attention to the finer details. If you like to keep your food separate, you’re probably cautious and stubborn. Shared it because i was taking a course on human psychology. Body language of a person talks a lot, no matter how smart or mature they are.
It’s not fun when communication is blocked. I have no issues in accepting I messed up big time. I wasn’t able to make it. Don’t grant me a SORRY just like that. You know I don’t believe in that word.
Just remember “I will never lie to you. I will never break your trust. I will never hide anything. I will never block your access to my tomorrow. I am lucky to have you as my guardian angel. You are only one person in front of whom I can be emotionally naked. Doesn’t matter I screw 20 more bitches, you will never lose access to my life. People come and go, all are worthless because no-one stands the test of time, their validity is limited. You are my shining star. Your company makes me feel like I found diamond in a coal mine.”
One thing I am confessing, “I was falling for you during a certain phase of my life. It’s you who broke it. Can’t forgive you. Whenever you say those 3 words to me, I don’t want to hear it. And pardon me, I can’t serve you anything such in exchange.” I will unblock your number tomorrow after interview with my PhD supervisor. I am little stressed. We will start from where we left. I assure you will get all your answers. We planned shopping & food during next month meeting, no changes with that. But I am substracting Frank from that plan. And we will not talk this shit during that time, let’s finish what’s left unsaid.
The nature of NATURE is, it makes you older & wiser every next day. Wiser is welcome, older naaah.
What you can do is, work comfortably on your studies/job/business to make some money, join a gym or do little workout for that body/booty, eat food for your body and tongue both, follow your TRUTH to be confident & trustworthy, you have enough tools to reverse ageing & be young forever.
It’s always more important what you give, not what you ask for. We all have spares in our lives, extra clothes, extra shoes, extra money, extra food, extra unused time, extra dullness surrounding own mental health. I mean we always have enough to give away whether it’s a material things or positive/negative emotions. We often have enough LOVE to share with other people.
As hard it may sound, most of our giving is not an act of generosity. What we give are mere excesses/extras. But we glorify it by calling it GENEROSITY. What makes it even more questionable is what we expect in return? It’s natural for us to expect equal reciprocation when we give. Balance is the name of life.
We need to give without expecting any return, when it’s LOVE. Expecting what we give as return means, taking back we gave. People start thinking so much about self respect & inflated ego. In the mix they forget what they really are. Stop measuring what you give & start forgiving before starting to forget. When you give, take nothing except the satisfaction of making someone HAPPY.
Anyday you want to take something from my life, please pick these three;
1. I don’t remember what’s the last time I wasted food. If there is some food on my plate, it goes to my tummy irrespective of taste or quantity. I make sure I take only what/how much I can consume.
2. I don’t like being called an “Entrepreneur”, I want to be that big someday. I mean, big as the length of that word. Till that time, I just have a desire to earn that word.
3. Life is still a game to me. I play it on my own terms to win it. If I see myself losing, I change the rules to boost my confidence. Things I do are still a one man play, irrespective of my tiny supplement business or freelancing works.
