And last 1 left is in tiktok i guess.😂 I am not surprised actually. If you eat Egg Mcmuffin & french fries with starbucks coffee for breakfast, what else do you expect! People drive miles to buy crappy fastfood & gain weight, then they talk about pollution & body positivity. Sadly this trend is slowly spreading in UK & Europe, but i am also happy that so many of those american fastfood chains aren’t present here so far. I can talk about life in Cardiff & Berlin, very few people prefer to eat out often. Even if they want to, at least we have an option to choose a full monty english breakfast/doner kebab/vegan avocado toast & natty acai bowl with enough lean meat/eggs/mushroom/vegetables/nuts/oats/berries/fruits at an affordable price. No offence to anyone reading from USA. I have cousins & friends in Cali, i tease them about being fat or fab everyday.😜)

Businessman invests money & waits for few months to recover his investment with some profit on top. Share market investor invests & waits for years to see where his investment heading next.

Typing this post to highlight modern day deliema among teens who flex their perfect 3-month long relationship before they catch their partner cheating on them with their bestfriend, which is hilarious & utter nonsense to my brain. Currently this world is filled with bit too much garbage to my eyes, let’s say bit too much social media delusional PDA. Single & slaying life, that’s my current status. And i am in no mood to change this for a while. But someday I definitely want to get married & pump 90-95 babies inside my future wife. Babies & puppies are angelic to my eyes. Hope to be a good father to few daughters as well as few boys. When my daughter wants to date someone, i will suggest to see at least two out of these three qualities in her future partner; 1. Millionaire. (We have designed a world where every happiness & comfort comes with a cost. I hate those who try to enter/entertain relationship without being financially stable). 2. Master’s in engineering or finance. (Educated people never go boring because they have more idea/opinion/view about the world we are living in). 3. Man enough to run 5km while rocking a 6-pack abs. (A fit person is well aware of personal hygiene, aesthetics & manners).

Sometimes my friends ask “How/why am i good for my business?” Answer: Not because i am super motivated or fully dedicated, but because i am excited, self aware, funny, i always keep on reminding myself that my desires are my purpose, which makes the business look good & grow, employees/workers work with a delightful smile. Reason behind all is my believe in material growth.
One thing you can never point out in me is “MY CONSISTENCY”. Let me answer “the HOW”. I learnt it from my WORKOUT. Following fitness as a lifestyle choice is the biggest DISCIPLINE. Do you know why a person who’s going to gym is going to gym every single day without missing it!? There is something called DOPAMINE which hits you right after every workout creating wonders in head, heart & mood. When your workout gives you results, you never want to lose the streak of getting better stronger sassier. During this corona situation the only thing i missed is going to gym. Yes i was doing some 2-300 push-ups & squats in my house, but that never helped my hunger to lift weights. As i mentioned “DOPAMINE”; when your efforts show results, it’s a bliss to do what you do. Condition: you have to be CONSISTENT towards your desires & goals whether it’s fitness, studies or business. Whoever said it, said it right “CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY”.
Some exercises & workout everyday is my habit now. I love to see myself fit & fine everytime. God has given me a face to identify who’s TAP, can’t change it & YES they are important for my passport. But this body is mine, I will build it further every single day without taking a break. Few say I am obsessed, I say I am DEDICATED.
There is nothing obsessive about doing the right. Especially “OBSESSED” is a word used by lazy people to hide behind their mediocrity.
There was a time in my life when I used to hit gym every morning without fail, continued it for 3 whole years. Understood the capabilities of my body & mind, started feeling/looking the best version of myself after hitting that 5% bodyfat goal. I was always on schedule to sleep at night, because I was excited to wake up for 5AM morning workout. Body and mind both were on sync which helped me break my own comfort zone once again.
Yeah there were few who tried to stereotype me about my interest in gym & workout. The best part; all those who were saying that used to look like “Some Dad turned 50 & his only achievement is his beer belly”.How the fuck can “Gym” or “Workout” be a stereotype!! If it is, it is the best STEREOTYPE to be. At the end I must say “The difficulty in physical training/diet & lifestyle, handling such stereotypes with peace, all make you a DISCIPLINED person while strengthening your CHARACTER”.
There are some mornings I wake up with a huge dirty smile on my face, I just feel like I can jump from a mountain to an ocean or surf for an hour in the middle of a huge wave. Then I switch on the lights because it’s still 5.XX AM, go infront of mirror half eyes open to admire my 5-pack abs with few words in head: “You still look like the smexy grumpy juggernaut I left yesterday”. After brushing my teeth & cleaning my face I think about whether I still got my XL-size hoodie clean to hide this morning wood, usually I wear M-size t-shirt/joggers/sweatshirts.
I see my phone it’s still 5.45am, either I can sleep one more hour or go for a run. Suddenly my head shouts at me “The fuck is your worth without discipline, dedication, drive & desires!?”. So now a days I am running 4-5km everyday morning, yeah gyms are open now and I love weights as much as sugar free cheesecakes baked by chef TAP. After returning back from running my nerves calm down little bit and I still do couple of push-ups to sweat nicely. I always prefer to sweat before shower because it helps in cleaning the dead skin cells our body sheds at night while we are sleeping. Most of the time my morning breakfast is a sourdough bread toast topped with scrambled eggs & 60 second microwaved baby spinach. Can’t miss my black coffee, shit I am little addicted to coffee now a days because of this pandemic. Staying home all day & working from home is fun, but I swear I am missing uni & language classes. Can’t wait to get back to life as it used to be.

I am going little blunt with it. Personally i am not a fan of fat burners. All fat burners work the same way using some garcinia, grape seed extract & caffeine. This one contains no caffeine. But, that’s not enough to stand out. For my body type caffeine is a boon, my pre workout is a black coffee since ages. Caffeine is a friend to my body. But, those who are caffeine intolerant, have issues with kidney, lower water levels in their body or dull skin must stay away from caffeine & coffee both.

All American athletes started performing like a pro in Olympics. Then, you know what’s happening.
Dianabol is a extension to something like artificial testosterone derived drug.

Why is this stupid post! Past year 2017 has given me so much more than i deserve. I see myself in a alltime learning & leaning curve. I will be the same for life. That’s how i am. That’s what i am. Feeling loved & blessed. I am on a small journey of life with little fun & little more work. Some friends & well wishers make me feel bee’s knees. Life is on a roll now. The hoover is now just a tad. I have to mention; that year 2008 which resulted to some bad grades in my initial days of engineering, i lost hope in me. Finished it anyways.
Long story short, few tossers made me feel like a toff. Digesting my life is going easier with time. I am somewhere at least. Anything in me ( Some achievement or that 5 figure bank balance), it’s a contribution of my little efforts to see a next day better than today & that push by my loved ones who never lost faith in me.
I am working on making a life which is simpler & happier. Yes, money excites me. But, when i see me heading to 2-3 countries every month for work or fun, it looks like; “This asshole made it big.” I am trying. I am still stuck. Stuck at my small health supplement business, my bad health conditions, my PhD admission in Germany, there are people seeking me stronger with every minute passing, some making me feel loved, some friends busy ruining my habits on how i see life.
