HAPPINESS is not fulfilling every pleasure or getting every outcome you desire. Happiness is being able to enjoy life with a peaceful mind that is not constantly craving more. It is the inner peace that comes with embracing change.
I think sometimes people believe that worrying has some kind of productive purpose. Worry sucks all your energy and joy out of whatever it you’re doing. It’s human nature to worry, but when we do constantly, we run into more problems. It may give you something to do, but you don’t get anywhere.
The next time you worrying about something, try to remember that you aren’t always in control. Instead, do practical things like make budget or create a schedule. Be proactive & let go of stress. After all, it won’t change a thing.

You just have to understand yourself. 4. To love yourself, simply be yourself. 5. Life is in constant flux. Savor the moments we enjoy and know that those we don’t will pass. 6. The self is always changing. What matters is how we create the self we wish to be every moment. 7. We only have so much time. It’s okay and crucial to cut off things that are unnecessary.
Train your mind to be stronger than your emotions. Having self-control will get you further than constantly reacting to everything that’s trying to test your patience. Center yourself and remain calm in difficult or challenging situations.
