AS I GOT OLDER, I REALIZED:

1. LOST MONEY can be found, but LOST TIME is lost forever.
2. LEARNING TO LEARN AND CHANGING YOURSELF IS A SUPERPOWER.
3. You are not your job, it’s more about your SKILLS, HABITS, LIFESTYLE CHOICES & DISCIPLINE.
4. Your happiness is your RESPONSIBILITY.
5. When it comes to POSITIVE ENERGY, LOVE & RESPECT; you get multiple times of what you give.
6. Any VICTIM MENTALITY INDIVIDUAL won’t stop working on you until they make you one VICTIM MENTALITY INDIVIDUAL, stay away from WOKE.
7. Your BEST TEACHER is your last mistake.
8. CONSISTENCY beats talent, and you have all resources within you be a SUCCESSFUL INDIVIDUAL.

If only people understood how important it is to be consistent.
Everything that has value in life is a product of consistency.
Success, health, fitness, wealth, friendships, relationships, and all other aspirations are all about consistency.

No matter what you do, no matter how many times you screw up and think to yourself “there’s no point to carry on”, no matter how many people tell you that you can’t do it, keep going.
Don’t quit.

Don’t quit, because a month from now you will be that much closer to your goal than you are now.
Yesterday you said tomorrow.
Make today count.
Keep going.

(This video got nothing to do with the post above. Thanks to my mum for teaching me how to play chess at the age of 7. I was playing state level chess till my MBA days. The game started in India & now there’s chess Olympiad happening in India. Here’s a short video about history of chess.)

If you go to the gym and you work out, come back and you look in the mirror; you will see nothing.
If you go to the gym the next day and you come back and look at the mirror; you will see nothing.
You think, so clearly there’s no results.
It can’t be measured.
It must not be effective, so we quit.

Or if you fundamentally believe, this is the right course of action to stick, to make yourself to that act of service.
You can make yourself to the regime of exercise.
You can’t screw it up if you eat chocolate cake one day.
You can skip a day or two.
But if you stick with it consistently, not exactly sure what day, but I know you’ll start getting into shape.
Going to the gym for nine hours a day doesn’t get you into shape.
Working out every day for 30 minutes gets you into shape.
It’s not about the events.
It’s not about intensity.
It’s about CONSISTENCY.
