You are allowed to fail. You are allowed to start again from scratch. You are allowed to change your mind. You are allowed to try over and over again. You are allowed to struggle. No path is ever a perfectly straight line. Your path will twist and turn in directions you never expected. It will bring you unexpected highs and lows that make you stronger.
You don’t need to have it all figured out right now. You will get where you are meant to go in time.
To attract better, you have to become better. You can’t do the same things and expect change. Transform your mindset. Upgrade your habits. Fix your finance. Think positive. Be a shameless authentic version of yourself.
Be hopeful and consistent with your evolution. It all starts with you and how you feel about yourself. BE YOU.
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. I like some of DJ Khaled’s songs from previous albums. This one stays on my playlist even during travel or workout.)
The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company, a church, a school or a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past. We cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you, we are in charge of our ATTITUDES.
Don’t speak negatively about yourself, even as a joke. Your body doesn’t know the difference. Words are energy and cast spells, that’s why it’s called spelling. Change the way you speak about yourself and you can change your life. What you’re not changing, you’re also choosing.
I think sometimes people believe that worrying has some kind of productive purpose. Worry sucks all your energy and joy out of whatever it you’re doing. It’s human nature to worry, but when we do constantly, we run into more problems. It may give you something to do, but you don’t get anywhere.
The next time you worrying about something, try to remember that you aren’t always in control. Instead, do practical things like make budget or create a schedule. Be proactive & let go of stress. After all, it won’t change a thing.
Worry does not empty tomorrow of sorrow; it empties today of it’s strength.
Change must begin with you. Start by changing your thinking patterns from anything negative into only positive thoughts. It’s time to shake things up. Don’t remain stuck in an unhappy, unfulfilling place any longer.
Free your mind from old beliefs. You deserve so much better. With that said, take the first step.
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. I had to share it.🤣 Old one, but never gets old. Watch it for some fun.)
Self love is your strength. Self acceptance is your peace. Don’t be stressed about all the things that you can’t control or change. Learn how to let go. Learn to leave behind those feelings that no longer serve your heart any good. Your life is precious, make it count by living it for yourself first. Make yourself a priority.
You don’t need someone else to remind you that you have value, the beating in your heart is already a reminder of that. Be at peace with yourself. Be gentle with your heart. You are already special. BE YOU.
1. Stop complaining and appreciate how lucky you are every day. 2. Embrace loneliness and reinvent yourself in the process. 3. Say goodbye to the people that don’t bring positive energy into your life. 4. Throw off the TV and set Internet controls. 5. Pick one skill you want to cultivate and put all your effort into developing it. 6. Commit to the goals you set and never look back. 7. Sweat every day to boost your mood. 8. Fail forward. Learn from every mistake you make.
