Gyms don’t want you to workout. Their entire business model is contingent on you not going. The average Planet Fitness has 7,500 memberships but can only host 700 workouts per day. Half of the members never step foot inside. This is the case for most low-cost gyms, and it’s also why these gyms can afford to have such low costs.
Might be a little extra motivation to know that they are literally betting on you not going. This world is designed to keep you unhealthy & unhappy. Stand up for yourself.
Stop forcing yourself to live up to other people’s expectations. Stop going through life making decisions based on other people’s desires, especially as they don’t have to live with the results of those choices.

Let me Explain. Let’s say you’re a 3/10. Start working out, & building a better body, now you’re a 5/10. Start a skincare routine, & drink more water everyday, now you’re a 6/10. Get enough sleep & get outside more, now you’re a 7/10. Up your confidence & get ambitious, now you’re a 9/10. Act on the ambition/goals and get rich asf, now you’re a 10/10.
If your body is telling you to avoid certain foods and eat more fruits and veggies, DO IT. If your gut feeling is telling you to distance yourself from certain people, DO IT. And if your heart tells you to get closer to those who have a positive aura to them, DO IT.
If your heart is telling you to travel, quit that job, start this project, spend more time in nature, take a break, read this book, be with that person, GO FOR IT. Your higher self knows what’s best for you, so don’t ignore the messages.
For example; suppose you want a great body. You just need to wake up early for a run, eat right, do push-ups, do pull-ups, do squats, sleep in time, done. You have to do this every single day of your life. That’s so SIMPLE. But, how EASY is that, you have to answer me!?
Half of 2022 is almost over. Let me suggest a happy beginning towards a better tomorrow to everyone who’s young or eager to grow. Remain consistent & create some healthy habits;
1. Always learn new skills. Learning is the only thing that keeps brain active & body young.
2. Create multiple income sources with your new skill-sets.
3. Says no to materialism. Stay away from fast fashion & other such stupid trends associated to it.
4. Learn to save 30% of your income. With time make it above 50%.
5. Learn how MONEY & Investment works. Invest part of the saved money
6. Workout 5 times per week.
7. Read something everyday & learn to dive into new experiences.
8. Value sleep, diet & good health.

Care your body. Care your mind. Stay away from toxic people. Unfollow on social media. Talk to the people who stayed with you at your worst and still stay there at your side. Romanticize every moment of your life. Love yourself.
Everything will be better if you FOCUS ON YOURSELF.
Don’t speak negatively about yourself, even as a joke. Your body doesn’t know the difference. Words are energy and cast spells, that’s why it’s called spelling. Change the way you speak about yourself and you can change your life. What you’re not changing, you’re also choosing.
Take exquisite care of yourself. Sleep deeply. Stretch gently. Drink enough water. Drink herbs infused in water. Drink in the warmth of the sun. Try early morning yoga. Allow beauty to be a priority. Spirituality is beauty. Brush your hair with wooden comb. Massage your face. Moisturise with oils. Breathe. Meditate. Write down your desires, dreams & goals. Visualise. Sweat. Sweat in a gym, that’s better. Bathe. Take your time.
There were times in life when I let myself get completely consumed with jealousy for someone else’s life, their body, their wardrobe, their talent. It’s a common emotion to experience. They call it the green eyed monster for a reason. It’s self-destructive and when it’s in the room, it consumes you. Be strong and don’t focus on what other people have.
Release any jealousy you have for someone else’s life and allow yourself to feel deep gratitude that you are living your own life. Don’t torment yourself with jealousy. It’s a silly illusion that someone’s life is better than yours when the truth is that each one of us is on a different unique beautiful path.
Nobody is going to finally give you permission to love your life, your body, your existence on this Earth. You do that for you. You don’t need permission to enjoy the sunshine on your face, the feel of warm water on your skin, the laugh you make when something catches you off guard. Stop hoarding your joy. You deserve it all. Act accordingly.
Good health is something all the riches in the world can’t buy. Take good care of yourself and count your blessings. Be thankful you woke up today because not every day is guaranteed. I spent so long taking my god-given health for granted that I forgot how blessed I am to be alive today. Our body is our temple. Treat it like your sanctuary.
Do something good for your body today. Go for a run or a hike or take a yoga class. Remove all kinds of unhealthy food from your diet one by one. But most importantly, be grateful for the life you’re living today. THE GREATEST WEALTH IS HEALTH.
I think the most important thing in life is self-love. Because if you don’t have self-love and respect for everything about your own body, your own soul, your own capsule, then how can you have an authentic relationship with anyone else?
My body is my home. And a home requires love, patience and care. So this is a note to myself and anyone else who may need it,
You’re enough. You’re alive. You’re needed. You’re valuable. And I’m proud of you.
Even when times are hard you wake up, you breathe, you feel, you’re alive. You’re constantly changing, evolving, growing. Always moving forward. Even though it might not always feel like it. I’m proud of you for being you and for committing to yourself. You’re in this relationship for life. It’s time to embrace yourself. Be you.
The body has limitations. The mind has not. We focus so much on what goes on from the neck down, that we forget it all starts from here in mind. Everything starts there. If you are not mentally ready, you’re not physically prepared. And that’s where the preparation starts.
Your body sheds your tired skin every twenty seven days. You were not made to hold your past within you. You were not made to carry it all on your back. You physically let go of every bad thing that has ever touched you, of every pair of foreign hands that unbuttoned your shirt but never your demons; you let go of every regret, of every insecurity. You are always gifted a clean slate.
Remember that your tongue is the strongest muscle in your body. You were made to speak, so speak loudly and communicate honestly about how you feel. Speak about what hurts you, about what has broken you. Speak about your story, share it with the world.
Letting go does not mean you stop caring. It means you stop trying to force others to.
Healthy doesn’t mean a salad. Healthy isn’t a measure of weight. Being healthy involves your mind, spirit and heart just as much as it involves your body. Each person’s version of healthy is different. Sweets don’t make you unhealthy but sadness will.

Take control and ask yourself the question: WHAT DO YOU WANT?
Then, answer it. DOUBTING YOURSELF IS NORMAL. LETTING IT STOP YOU IS A CHOICE. And, every time, when the fulfillment of your answer outweighs the uncomfortableness that you are feeling in the moment, CARRY ON. DON’T QUIT. KEEP MARCHING TOWARDS YOUR GOAL.

We humans are weird creatures and this world is materialistic. Winning someone’s heart is not enough, you have to put lots of energy to win their mind & body as well.

What you can do is, work comfortably on your studies/job/business to make some money, join a gym or do little workout for that body/booty, eat food for your body and tongue both, follow your TRUTH to be confident & trustworthy, you have enough tools to reverse ageing & be young forever.
Not for beginners if you aren’t into it. Following fitness is celebrating a lifestyle that’s only 1% people are habituated to. Whether it’s getting the girl of your dreams or get the desired look rollin on a sandy beach. Looking fly as fuck is a necessity. Every minute passing is an opportunity. If not used, an opportunity lost. You don’t need to be someone to get accepted. Be the best version of you. Keep slaying.
