How to make yourself do what you don’t want to do:
1. Rather than listening to the voice in your head that is screaming “I hate this & I don’t want to do this”, think about why it is a GOOD thing to do.
2. Instead of trying to pretend that you don’t feel this way, accept that you are feeling very blah and negative.
3. Don’t think about results and how well you think you’ll do, as this could raise your feelings of anxiety and fear, just think about “right now” and the first thing you can do.
4. Accept that life is tough, and is full of things that suck, but recognise that doing hard stuff is better in the end.
You’ll likely have more choices and freedom, if you do.
5. Just do a little bit for now, then give yourself a proper break, then go back and do some more, and soon you’ll find you’re in the flow.
6. Don’t allow your mind to wander and think of other things.
Stay focused for that short time and then stop, and have fun.

Most people always start worrying too much about being nice. Before i say anything against you, let me be clear I appreciate you & your concern.

My way of thinking is little different. Kindness can affect both the giver and receiver in a positive way, but worrying about whether or not you’re nice enough can actually hurt you. Feeling anxious when you think about how others perceive you can be a huge drain on your energy. You need to remember that your needs must be met before you can give to others. If you forget to leave some mental energy for yourself, you could find yourself suffering from burnout or depression. Always first prioritise yourself.

Love means, we constantly improve communication & consistency, practice patience. It also means just leave when things aren’t equal anymore.

1. You moved things fast with your partner.
Infatuations thrive on speed, while LOVE takes time to develop. Infatuations live in illusion. Love can survive reality. When you quickly jump into a relationship with someone, you base it off your dreams more than whose really in front of you. Common examples are; thinking about a future with them, lusting after some legit emotions or obsessing about them for anything in your head. All of these are done after months and years of knowing them, that you just slipped/skipped.
2. You expect them to be flawless.
And you get angry or upset over them when you see their true colours. Do you believe in soulmates or fate? It sounds good in theory. But we all know infatuations also need perfection to survive. We need our partners to be consistently well dressed, good with their words or impressive with their accomplishments, meantime you are not giving them space to be honest. Love on the other hand is grounded. When you love someone, you accept their imperfections, you work through the bad and enjoy the good together.
3. You are not comfortable enough around them. Who hasn’t felt self-conscious about saying the wrong thing or making bad decisions/impressions? That’s another reason people in love plan a life together equally over indulging in rest activities. If you find yourself wanting to get away from your partner more and more these days, often because you’d rather go hang out with your friends or family or cat/dog, then something’s up.

With mind soon your heart also follows the same route. Partners who are in love tend to maintain a focus on their counterparts. When you notice the little things about them or express concerns when the two of you run into conflict, it shows you care for them.
