Life is precious, and it’s what you do with it that keeps you alive on the inside. It’s not enough just to live and take that gift for granted. Each one of us has fears, but the more we work to overcome them, the more we are able to enjoy our lives. Fear varies by perspective or experience. The thing is, if you’re living your life in fear, then you’re just not living.
I believe that life is a prize. But to live doesn’t mean you’re alive. Try to face one of your fears today.
I don’t desire much. I like sunsets and looking at the sky. I love eating good food and having conversations with humans. From time to time I think I sing well in the shower. I’m just a fan of being alive.
Sometimes, a bad day turns into a bad week, which finally becomes a bad month, which ends up leading to generalized bad times. And you struggle. You feel like you’ve been thrown into a battlefield you did most certainly not ask for. But you are here. And you have to keep fighting. Sometimes, staying alive with an optimistic mindset is like taking a spoon of the medicine you hate the most. This spoon of medicine is bitter, hard to swallow and straight up disgusting so you block your nose with the other hand and drink it anyways because you have no other options. The same thing happens here. When you don’t want to fight anymore because you are just so tired, all you have to do is to blindly trust you’re gonna make it out alive.
You have to keep fighting, even if you are crawling on the floor. I don’t care, you’ve got to keep fighting. Life goes on after death, you will go on after bad times, I swear. (Not my words.)
My primary GOAL in life is to feel vibrant and alive, inside and out. Mentally, emotionally, spiritually & physically. I’ve been unhappy enough to know that I only want joy & peace to surround me and flow through me.
Good health is something all the riches in the world can’t buy. Take good care of yourself and count your blessings. Be thankful you woke up today because not every day is guaranteed. I spent so long taking my god-given health for granted that I forgot how blessed I am to be alive today. Our body is our temple. Treat it like your sanctuary.
Do something good for your body today. Go for a run or a hike or take a yoga class. But most importantly, be grateful for the life you’re living today. The greatest wealth is health.
It’s so easy to beat ourselves up for mistakes we’ve made in the past. Mistakes are part of being human and they are part of being alive. Our mistakes are blessings and opportunities to keep learning and expanding. But even when you learn from your mistakes don’t expect to never make another. You will and that’s okay.
Keep growing and embrace each challenge as a chance to learn something new and you will be amazed by how easy it is to move on. Mistakes are nothing more than opportunities to learn, grow, and better our future.

A beautiful day begins with a beautiful mindset. When you wake up, take a second to think about what a privilege it is to simply be alive and healthy. The moment you start acting like life is a blessing, I assure you it will start to feel like one. Time spent appreciating is time worth living.
My body is my home. And a home requires love, patience and care. So this is a note to myself and anyone else who may need it,
You’re enough. You’re alive. You’re needed. You’re valuable. And I’m proud of you.
Even when times are hard you wake up, you breathe, you feel, you’re alive. You’re constantly changing, evolving, growing. Always moving forward. Even though it might not always feel like it. I’m proud of you for being you and for committing to yourself. You’re in this relationship for life. It’s time to embrace yourself. Be you.

I hope there are days when your coffee tastes like magic, your playlist makes you dance, strangers make you smile, and the night sky touches your soul. I hope there are days when you fall in love with being alive.

IF SOMEONE asks, “Has the best moment of your life arrived yet?”
We may say that it will come very soon. But if we continue to live in the same way, it may never arrive. We have to transform this moment into the most wonderful moment, and we can do that by stoping, stopping running to the future, stopping worrying about the past, stopping accumulating so much.
You are a free person; you are alive. Open your eyes and enjoy the sunshine, the beautiful sky, ocean, nature, animals and the wonderful children around you. Breathing in and out consciously helps you become your best, calm, fresh, solid, clear, and free, able to enjoy the present moment as the best moment of your life.
Every Moment is different. No Moment stays forever. That is not scary or sad. That’s the beauty of it all. (Not my words).
(Post is over. This paragraph is about me. That WONDERFUL CHILDREN written above caught my attention after i scheduled this post. My heart goes weak towards babies, puppies & horses. Babies sooth my soul. Puppies/dogs make me a marathon runner every morning or evening. And horses are oversized puppies in my eyes. My friends say i am a kind human. I think my kindness is more of a fatherly instinct, there’s a huge provider mentality dad lives insides me who just wants to pamper kids, spoil his family & pet pets. And yes i am single & someday i want few dozen babies+puppies.😂)
What is the point in being alive if you are not going to try for something? If you are not going to at least attempt to make your time here remarkable? Stop holding yourself back. Tell the person that makes your stomach ache with hope that every part of your heart is tender for them, even if you think you aren’t ready. Don’t just fantasize about your dream job, actively pursue it, and if that door is not open, knock it down. Dreaming about a new business, go for it & own yourself. Got a goal? GO, Fetch it. Buy the plane ticket, climb a mountain, swim to shred after an intense workout session, surf when it’s raining, pet your canadian warmblood horse like a sweet puppy, surprise your mates & university bitches with some butt naked snapchat streaks on a beach, let your friends tease you “Aquaman minus SUPERPOWERS”, jump the fence, kiss an angel, makeout in the middle of a concert, full throttle that AMG to 150mph cruising through Autobahn while touring cross-country with your bestfriend.
Make sure that you don’t allow your fear to hold you back. Instead, look your fear in the face and invite it to dinner, become it’s friend. Live alongside it, let it make you feel alive. Just choose impossibility. Choose risk. Choose making mistakes, new mistakes, and making memories, and making it up as you go. Just choose to embrace whatever time you do have here, stay consistent on your life path, because life is finite, and fragile, and it vanishes too quickly. Just make it worth it. Make it count. Life is fun, let it be.
If there’s even a slight chance of getting something that will make you happy, risk it. Life’s too short, happiness is lived in moments and such moments are too rare.
