We all think about past good or bad days, then the next step is “beating yourself up in your head”. We must stop doing this to have a happy healthy state of mind.

People with strong stable mentality hold themselves accountable for their behavior. They refuse to entertain toxic self-criticism. They don’t beat themselves up when they fail or make mistakes because they know, it only harms them in the end instead.
