I didn’t know what’s a DREAM till March-2019. I mean it fully, I never experienced/saw one till last year. Now that I know what’s that, I find it dull & funny. I sleep like a dead body for 4-5 hours peacefully at night, that must be another reason why I don’t see any dreams.
But I agree, I have some GOALS. GOALS are also like dream, but with an execution plan & a deadline.

Want dreams? Take in more b vitamin (complex of vitamins.). Breads to mushrooms if you’re keen on only natural sourcing. Niacin is for lowering blood cholesterol. If you’ve desire to improve with a more thorough purpose. (Oh please don’t o.d. on them as you’ll flush uncomfy with “heat”…. You know worse than grandma having hot flashes
